摘要：二十一世纪是信息化的时代，随着科技的不断进步，经济的迅速增长，中国与世界的交集也越来越多，为了能够更好的与国际交轨，中国的电子商务也随着诞生，电子商务于20世纪90年代进入中国，并伴随着互联网的发展在中国掀起了一场电子商务浪潮。它对传统企业产生了极大的影响，改变了企业的竞争模式，推动了社会生产力的发展。本文探讨分析了我国电子商务发展的现状及其发展趋势。
Abstract：The 21st century is the age of information. With continued advances in technology and the rapid economic growth，the intersection of China and the world becomes more and more. In order to be better geared to international standards，China's e-commerce is birth into. E-commerce is introduced into China in the 1990s，and with the development of the Internet，it caused a wave of e-commerce in China. It had a great impact on traditional enterprises，changed the mode of competition of enterprises，and promoted the development of the social productive forces. This study analyses the present situation and development trend of China's e-commerce development.
